Sazagua Boutique Hotel is nestled in a tropical garden, adorned with flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The former finca has been transformed into a boutique hotel with 18 completely different rooms, which spreads across a main building and several lodges on the property.

Each room at Sazagua Boutique Hotel is unique, designed by Colombian architect Marcelo Villegas, who is known for his designs with guadua (a type of bamboo). All rooms at Sazagua are special, but the most beautiful one for me is definitely the Masinga Lodge. Masinga Lodge consists of multiple cottages: a bedroom, a living room, a Turkish steam bath, and two bathrooms. The lodge is surrounded by mighty jungle trees and water with carp in it. A highlight is the private jacuzzi, which is also illuminated in the evening. Believe me, you’ll never want to leave this room.

There is a spa where you can indulge in traditional treatments, a lovely pool, and a restaurant where you can enjoy high-end cuisine. And in the evening, the grounds are enchantingly lit up!

Sazagua Boutique Hotel is located 10 kilometers from Pereira Airport in Colombia. It’s a perfect place to explore the beautiful coffee triangle, with coffee plantations and charming coffee villages like Salento and Filandia.

El Nido del Condor: Ultimate Relaxation with Wellness and Nature

El Nido del Condor is an ecolodge located on a mountain between two gorges in the coffee triangle of Colombia. Therefore, it is also called the island in the mountains. What makes it special is that this place can only be reached by cable car. From the road, where you leave your car, you can enter a small gondola that takes you to the other side in just 12 minutes.

El Nido del Condor is so indescribably beautiful that there are almost no words to describe it. It is situated on a mountain, completely surrounded by plantations, flowers, and birds, the high-end architecture. The finer details, and the breathtaking views make this an amazing place you only encounter in your dreams. And just when you think it can’t get any more beautiful, condors fly above your head.

El Nido del Condor hotel in Colombia features 5 rooms, each measuring 72 square meters. When you see each finer detail in the hotel, you will realize that the owner, Jaime Botero, is a great architect. The room, designed in the shape of a tent, is furnished with quality materials, and every aspect has been carefully considered. The colors are soothing, and even the most mundane hotel room elements are beautiful here. There is a large bed from which you have a stunning view of the canyon. You can sit on the idyllic balcony and gaze out over the surroundings. And while you shower, you have a view of the valley through the window.

In the restaurant of El Nido del Condor, a team of chefs is in the kitchen all day preparing three multi-course menus daily for their guests. And these meals are included with your stay.
